Features

Our belts are design coordinated so all belt elements perform as a unit to provide maximum efficiency and long service. Arched construction and a crush resistant compression section of fiber reinforced synthetic rubber gives MAXIMUM CROSSWISE RIGIDITY. Synthetic fiber tension cords give DIMENSIONAL LENGTH STABILITY. Synthetic rubber compounds provides high HEAT and OIL RESISTANT qualities. Electrical conductive material is compounded into the cover for STATIC DISSIPATING.

Simplified Design

Allows easy access for maintenance and parts replacement

Industry Standard Numbering System

The first two numbers indicate the belt top width in sixteenths of an inch. The third and fourth numbers indicate the included angle of the groove in which the belt is designed to operate. The numbers after the "V" indicate the pitch length of the belt to the nearest one-inch of an inch. For example: A 2322V721 belt has a 1 7/16" top width, is designed to operate in a sheave with a 22¼ included angle and has a 72.1" pitch length.
